Rules of credit sequence....
Opening Credits Credits are shown in the opening of a film or tv series. They should include the main Performers (Cast), Presenters, Narrators, composer Writers, producers, and directors.
TV series credits should differ from a film's opening credits in the following ways;
Film credit openings:
- More spaced out credits
- Credits last longer
- More detailed/ elaborate title sequences
- Telling the audience who is in the movie
- Sets the stage for what’s to come
- Usually shown in front of the films location
- Doesn't have to gain the audiences interest as much.
- Jumps straight into the credits
examples:
TV series Opening Credits:
- Less spaced out credits
- Credits are shorter
- Less detailed
- Should establish the show's identity
- More memorable
- Usually open with a different scene which is followed by the credit sequenece
